Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs refunds for all purchases made on skil.ski, including membership subscriptions and outright Skilski purchases. AtomEons, LLC is the seller of record and processes payments through Stripe. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
Self-serve cancellation: all subscription cancellations are processed through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from your SkiLodge. Stripe issues automatic email receipts for every charge and refund.
1. Pro Pass — Monthly Subscription ($99/mo)
- No refunds on monthly charges. Pro Pass is billed monthly. We do not provide refunds or credits for any monthly charge, including the current billing period.
- Access on cancellation. If you cancel your Pro Pass, your access to catalog Skilskis continues through the last day of the current paid billing period. No further charges will be made after that date.
- Owned Skilskis unaffected. Skilskis you purchased outright while on Pro remain in your vault and continue to be accessible via MCP after cancellation.
2. Elite Pass — Quarterly Commitment ($4,999/mo, 3-month minimum)
2.1 First Term Only — 14-Day Pro-Rata Window
New Elite Quarterly customers may request a pro-rata refund of fees paid for the unused portion of the first billed month within 14 calendar days of the Elite Pass start date. To qualify: (a) this must be your first Elite Pass term; (b) you must submit your request in writing to billing@skil.ski within 14 days of the term start date; and (c) you have not purchased any Elite Skilski outright using the Elite membership discount during the refund window.
- After 14 days: No refund is available on the first term. Billing continues through the end of the 3-month committed term.
- Subsequent/renewal terms: No refunds on any renewal or subsequent term.
- Cancellation behavior: A cancellation request received mid-term takes effect at the end of the current 3-month commitment period. You are responsible for all fees through the end of the committed term.
3. Elite Pass — Annual Commitment ($49,999/yr, 12-month)
3.1 First Term Only — 30-Day Pro-Rata Window
New Elite Annual customers may request a pro-rata refund of the unused portion of the prepaid annual fee within 30 calendar days of the Elite Annual start date. Pro-rata is calculated on a daily basis (days remaining in the annual term ÷ 365 × $49,999). The same qualification conditions apply as for Elite Quarterly (first term only, written request to billing@skil.ski within 30 days, no outright purchases under the Elite discount during the refund window).
- After 30 days: No refund is available on the annual term. The full $49,999 is non-refundable after day 30.
- Subsequent/renewal terms: Annual renewals are fully non-refundable from the renewal date.
4. Material Failure Exception
Notwithstanding the restrictions above, if skil.ski materially fails to deliver Elite Pass entitlements as described in your Order Form or membership description — including but not limited to: persistent unavailability of the MCP endpoint, failure to provide Elite catalog access, or systematic delivery of materially incorrect outputs documented with reproducible steps — AtomEons may, at its sole discretion, issue a credit or pro-rata refund as follows:
- The material failure must be reported in writing to billing@skil.ski with a written description of the failure, steps to reproduce, and the specific entitlement alleged to have failed.
- AtomEons has 15 business days from receipt of the written notice to cure the material failure. If AtomEons fails to cure within 15 business days, you may terminate the affected membership and receive a pro-rata refund of any prepaid, unused term fees.
- Material Failure refunds apply regardless of whether you are in your first term or a renewal term.
- AI output inaccuracy, probabilistic model errors, and outputs that do not meet your expectations in non-material ways do not constitute "material failure" for purposes of this provision. The EULA's disclaimer of warranties on AI outputs applies.
5. Outright Skilski Purchases
- No refunds after MCP delivery. All outright Skilski purchases are final and non-refundable once the MCP endpoint has been provisioned and a bearer token has been issued to your account. AtomEons can demonstrate delivery via bearer token issuance logs.
- Pre-delivery cancellation. If your purchase has not yet been provisioned (i.e., no bearer token has been issued), contact billing@skil.ski within 24 hours and we will cancel and refund the transaction.
- Material Failure. If a purchased Skilski produces materially incorrect outputs in a documented, reproducible manner, AtomEons may, at its sole discretion and after reasonable investigation, issue a partial or full credit at its sole discretion.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first following this Refund Policy and exhausting the dispute resolution process in the Terms of Service constitutes a material breach of the Terms of Service and may result in immediate termination of your account and all associated licenses, including perpetual Outright Purchase licenses. AtomEons reserves the right to contest chargebacks with transaction records, bearer token issuance logs, and access logs, and to seek recovery of chargeback fees and associated losses.
7. How to Request a Refund
- Email billing@skil.ski
- Include your account email address, the transaction ID, and a description of your refund request
- Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (timing depends on your payment provider)
